Group Therapy in Brooklyn

When we are going through something hard, it’s easy to assume we’re alone. Paradoxically, these feelings of loneliness can cause us to isolate rather than seek the support of community. Or maybe you simply don’t have a community to turn to right now.

This is where group therapy is invaluable. You’ll have a dedicated place to exhale, connect, and maybe even laugh. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Support Group for New Moms, Birthing Parents, and Default Parents

  • Who It’s For: New mothers, birthing parents, and default parents of all genders looking for an authentic space to navigate the transition to parenthood. Group sizes are intentionally kept small and intimate to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

  • Location: In-person at my Downtown Brooklyn office (conveniently accessible from Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Prospect Heights, and surrounding areas).
